PLYMOUTH — An 18-year-old Plymouth woman died in a Boston hospital Tuesday morning, three days after a car crash that killed her brother.

Sarah J. Duggan, 18, of 486 Ship Pond Road, was a passenger in the vehicle. The driver, Michael Duggan, 24, of 40 Richard St., Marshfield, died at the scene.

Falmouth police said the accident occurred around 5:45 p.m. Saturday in Falmouth, when Michael Duggan tried to pass a vehicle, lost control and hit a utility pole in Falmouth.

Sarah Duggan was taken to Falmouth Hospital and later to Brigham and Women’s Hospital in Boston.
